Willian is Chief Operating Officer at Felix Capital.
Previously, Willian spent 6 years scaling YOOBIC (Felix Capital’s portfolio) as COO/CFO. Willian supported the founding team, scale from $5mm to $35mm ARR, move to profitability in Covid and raise a $50mm Series C from Highland Europe; consolidating YOOBIC as a category leader in the SaaS for Frontline Employees space. Prior to YOOBIC, Willian spent a decade at The Carlyle Group, based out of Sao Paulo and London, deploying nearly $3billion in growth/buyout transactions in the consumer space.
Willian started his career as a strategic consultant at A.T. Kearney Global Management Consultants.
Willian is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 17), MBA from the Wharton School, MA in international relations from UPenn and BS from ITA, the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (Brazil). He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and mandarin (conversational).
